This Privacy Policy explains how RealizeMyData (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit realizemydata.com (the “Site”) or ask us for an estimate. It does not cover your company’s business records: this Site never collects them. If you later choose to license records, that is governed by separate written agreements.

- Your answers about your company: industry, number of employees, years in business and the types of records you keep.

- Approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your IP address by our hosting provider.
- Campaign details from the link you followed, such as UTM parameters or an ad click ID.

We use a small number of cookies and your browser’s local storage to remember your progress in the estimate and the campaign that brought you here. - To assess whether your company may be a fit for data-licensing opportunities.

How we share information
- Buyer partners. After we review your request, we may share your company profile and contact details with AI developers we work with so they can evaluate your company and discuss a potential license with you.
- Service providers that run the Site and our business for us, such as hosting, database, email and analytics providers, under contracts that limit how they use your information.
- Advertising partners such as Meta, to measure the performance of our ads. Contact details sent for measurement are hashed (encoded) first.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your privacy choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@realizemydata.com. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. We will verify requests before acting on them and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to follow up on licensing opportunities, and then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, provide additional notice.
